Will my dog share with another?
Yes all our rooms cater for 2 or more dogs. We match to similar age, temperament and size with a little friend. If you have a family of 2 or more they will have a family room to themselves.
How often will my dog go outside to play?
We offer group play with similar age and size, 3-4 times per day depending on the weather. If it’s raining or too hot we have inside playtime.
How much time do we spend with our guests?
This is our full time job and we are happy to say we spend all day with our guests from 6am to 6pm. Obviously we share our time between everyone.
Does my furchild need to be desexed and vaccinated?
Yes to both. If you pet is over 8months must be desexed. All relevant yearly vaccinations must be up to date.
Can I bring my own food?
Yes, we ask you to pack and label meals. If your furchild is on a special diet or eats different meals to what we offer we recommend bringing own meals to prevent upset tummies due to diet change.
My furchild needs medication?
We are happy to offer one dose of medication complimentary, if further is required we do charge $3. Please label medication with instructions.
Can we bring bedding or toys?
You are welcome to bring along any bedding or toys to help settle them in. Please label and try not to bring a favourite toy as we can not guarantee it will return in the same condition.

Will my dog get a bath?
We offer a complimentary bath for 4 nights stay or longer. If you are staying under 4 nights and would like to request a bath we offer these from $20.
Will I receive updates and photos?
As you can imagine we are very busy caring for our guests and if we sent daily updates to all our furparents we wouldn’t have any time to spend with our guests. We offer complimentary photos on our facebook page, all guests appear at least once a week and will be uploaded at a convenient time. For guests staying less than 7 days, photos and updates can be sent via email or text at a cost of $20 per update.
Do we need to pay a deposit?
Once the booking is accepted, we ask for a deposit for peak period (school holidays). Off peak (not school holidays) we do not require a deposit to secure the room. However we do appreciate notification if circumstances change.

School holiday Bookings?
As this is our busiest time of the year we have a high demand. Please make sure you get your bookings to us asap.
Special public holiday check in
26 and 27 December 8-10am only. Will incur $15 surcharge.
